We performed a test where the static electricity generated by the static high voltage GENECON bends city water flowing down from a faucet. City water flowing down to the static high voltage GENECON side was bent, but city water flowing down to the opposite side of the static high voltage GENECON was not experimentally bent. Please provide instructions.

Electricity generated by the static high voltage GENECON is positive. An approach of positive electricity generated by the static high voltage GENECON to city water as a dielectric substance charges city water with negative electricity. Therefore attraction between the positive electricity generated by the static high voltage GENECON and the negative electricity charge of the city water results in phenomenon where the city water is drawn to the static high voltage GENECON side showing as if city water is bent. In order to bend to the opposite side of the static high voltage GENECON,
