When we tested the Hamilton flywheel for the static high voltage GENECON, we found that the flywheel did not rotate at all. Is there any know-how?

Note that: When assembling the support shaft for the flywheel, install them firmly. When the surface of polyvinyl chloride sheet supplied with the equipment is wet, leak current flows (electric leakage). Remove moisture using alcohol or the like. Place the rotation part on the top end of the support shaft in parallel with the floor in a wobbly condition.

We want to replace felt fot static high voltage GENECON. Please provide instructions for replacement.

Do not replace the felt by yourself. Otherwise the performance of the equipment may deteriorate. In addition, replacement or modification of the product by the customer invalidates the warranty.

Is it possible to perform an electric discharge test by charging an aluminum current collector ball using the high voltage generation box WMS-001 instead of the static high voltage GENECON?

Do not use the high voltage generation box in this test. It is dangerous because the electric current of the WMS-001 high voltage generation box is higher than that of the static high voltage GENECON. Application of the WMS-001 high voltage box to a long term test results in breakage of the high voltage transformer.

The static high voltage GENECON can illuminate a fluorescent lamp. Charging a capacitor with static electricity generated by the static high voltage GENECON using a separately sold simplified capacitor assembly kit B10-1324-05 and supplying static electricity charged to the capacitor to a fluorescent lamp illuminates the lamp. Or charging a separately sold aluminum current collector ball B10-1324-03 with static electricity generated by static high voltage GENECON and supplying static electricity…

We performed a test where the static electricity generated by the static high voltage GENECON bends city water flowing down from a faucet. City water flowing down to the static high voltage GENECON side was bent, but city water flowing down to the opposite side of the static high voltage GENECON was not experimentally bent. Please provide instructions.

Wipe the drum with ethanol and manually warp the felt sheet several times slowly to make it loose. Note that excessive warpage may deform the felt sheet this time.

Static electricity is generated unless humidity in the air is extremely high. Since the low humidity of the felt disables the transfer of static electricity between the polyvinyl chloride drum and the felt, breathe on the felt to provide it with moisture especially at low humidity in winter.
